Vacancy Marketing Manager – Brussels


18 NOV ’22: One of the leaders in the industry of Medical Technology is looking for a Marketing Manager for one of their most innovative solutions. With a virtual presence in every country, the company is a pioneer in markets like medical discovery, diagnostics and the delivery of care. Through the combination of Capital Equipment and IT, they are able to manage multiple systems, reduce inefficiency and make the medication available when and where needed.


Are you up for the challenge to build a marketing strategy that brings a shift in the way of working and culture? As the Marketing Manager, you and your team are driving the change that this solution is making in the Benelux region. This gives an interesting dynamic in the position that combines strategy and operational activities. Activities that are involved in the role are Business Unit strategy, Financial forecasting, PNL Management and Client contact. But also:

  • Implement marketing tactics and map business opportunities;
  • Execute customer-centric marketing strategies;
  • Identify macro trends on product, customer and industry levels;
  • Create a KOL network and develop relationships / sponsoring with partners (analyser companies, associations‚Ķ).


Experience in the field of marketing with capital equipment and IT would be highly beneficial to fulfil this role. A validated experience in the field of marketing within Life Sciences is crucial to fulfilling this role. Preferable with Capital Equipment or Medical IT as solutions are mainly implemented in an academic hospital environment. Other requirements are:

  • Fluency in French, Dutch, & English, both written and spoken;
  • Experience with Changemanagement and omnichannel selling;
  • Strong business acumen and experience in building business cases;
  • Strong conceptual problem solver with high developed analytical skills;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

Thinking along with the strategic plans and coming up with sales opportunities is a large part of the job and you will also be actively motivated in this.
