25 NOV ’21: For an international organisation, among the world’s largest medical technology, services and solutions companies, we are looking for a Master Data Business Analyst. The organisation pushes the limits of what technology, therapies and services can do to help alleviate pain, restore health and extend life.

Function

The Master Data Business Analyst will work with the Pricing, Contracting and Tendering function across all European counties, collecting requirements, best practices, challenges and identifying the expectations in access and structure of master data to support the teams in their day-to-day processes.

Essential position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying data and/or process opportunities via analysis, audits, and regular interaction with users
  • Re-designing the data setup structures and processes
  • Participating in cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives around master data: bringing forward pricing, offering, and contracting relevant requirements and issues to be resolved
  • Co-ordination of testing, training, user onboarding and implementation of global systems managing master data
  • Follow up with the company’s central master data teams, IT, functional leaders, in ensuring requirements are delivered, data processes and procedures and followed and adhered to, pursuing a continuous improvement mindset with all stakeholders

Requirements

As a suitable candidate the following qualifications and experiences are expected:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Process and technology design experience, from a data process or functional perspective
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Analytical mindset
  • Social and cultural flexibility in working in a multinational and dynamic environment with demanding objectives
