My first month at… Ormco

The “My first month at…” column will elaborate on the experiences of professionals who recently started their new job in the medical devices industry.

This article is about the experiences of Imane Boudellah who recently started as Customer Relations Associate at Ormco. We asked her a few questions about her first month at Ormco. If you want to know more about the company, Imane and her experiences working at Ormco, then keep on reading.

  • What is the work you do here?

I am a Customer Relations Associate. I process orders for orthodontists and dealers for most of their supplies. It is also part of my job to answer their questions, handle the complaints and anything else that might come along.

  • Why is this the perfect fit?

It is very important to be organised for this job and be able to multitask. Those are qualities that suit me very well. And it keeps me challenged.

Ormco is going through some changes. I love being part of that change and see the growth and improvement of quality.

  • What are your growth ambitions (if you have any at this moment)?

At the moment I am learning a little more about different divisions within the customer service. One of the goals I have set is to be able to work for every part of the customer service. With that amount of knowledge and experience, I will have lots of opportunities within the company.
